How will I be able to find specific products?
There are two basic ways for online shoppers to find products at Maine Niche:
•Browse through our category listing which provides sub-categories of products
•Search for specific products. If you are looking for a specific product, you can
use our Search function in locating desired product.
I have a question about a product, what do I do?
If you have questions about a particular product, please contact the Merchant directly. Contact information is located by clicking on the Merchant link located in the product detail page above the price.
How do I use the online catalog?
Our Online Catalog provides easy access in browsing within the various catalog categories. Simply click on a category (lower right column) found under Online Catalog Menu and you are on your way. Or, click on Online Catalog (below Home) in the upper right column Menu. You will have access to:
•Maine Category page
•Product details page
•Ordering Information
•Ability to enlarge the product pictures
•Terms & Use of each Merchant
•Customer Reviews
•Maine Niche contact info (Vendor Info, bottom of page)
Does Maine Niche have products in stock?
No. Maine Niche does not carry Merchant products in stock. Orders will need to be placed direct through the Merchant. Ordering information can be found within the product detail page. Each of our Merchants are responsible for maintaining their inventory and fulfillint their orders. Please contact the Merchant directly if you have any questions.
Why would I want or need to Register?
Registering allows you to:
•Submit information within our free services (Business Directory,
Calendar and Classified services)
•Submit articles
•Swap links
•Acknowledges you by user name when registered
Password problem/Unable to sign in?
To register, please click on Register located within the Login Section (upper left column) and complete the form. If you are experiencing problems signing in or forgot your password, please click the "Lost Password" link. If still not resolved, contact Maine Niche.
How do I change my account information (password or email)?
Upon signing in, the "User Menu" will apear in the upper left column, you will see "Your Profile" just below the User menu. Click on "Your Profile" to edit your details and submit changes.
Am I going to receive unsolicited emails if I register?
No. Our Privacy Policy precludes us from sharing any account information to any 3rd party. Periodically, Maine Niche will send emails containing updates and current happenings and a online newsletter informing you of new Merchants, products, coupon offers and seasonal specials. You will have the option to unsubscribe to either.
How do I order products within the Online Catalog?
Upon clicking on a particular product, you will be directed to the product details page. Within this page, you will be presented with the possible order option. ALL orders placed will be processed direct through the Merchant. Maine Niche displays the products but does not process the orders.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Minimum order amount will be determined by the Merchant, please contact them direct. Contact information is available within the product detail page or within the Merchant's Policies (Merchant link found above price).
What is Maine Niche.coms' role in fulfilling orders?
All orders are placed directly through and fulfilled by each Merchant themselves. Maine Niche's role is to display products and ensure that the customer receives quality services from each Merchant. If customers are not pleased with the orders, please contact Maine Niche by email.
Where can I find information on shipping/handling rates and policies?
It is asked that you contact the Merchant directly to obtain their shipping and handling rates and specefic shipping services (USPS, UPS, Express, APO, FPO or international). When ordering from Merchants, it is advised customers review Policies provided within the product details page. Click on the Merhants link located above the product price.
Whom should I contact if I have a question or problem regarding an order?
You should contact the Merchant directly. If you do not receive satisfactory results when contacting the Merchant please email Maine Niche; the issue will be adress and resolved in a timely fashion.
Can I cancel my order?
If you are unable to locate this information in the Merchant's Policies located in the product details page, it is advised you contact the Merchant directly.
Does Maine Niche have a Privacy Policy?
Yes. We recognize the significance of consumer privacy with the information that you provide to us and we do not release any personal data to any 3rd party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.
What is the Merchant's Return Policy?
You should contact the Merchant directly with questions concerning their Return Policy. You can view the Merchants Policies within the product details page; click on the Merchant's link above the product price.
