Our goal at Maine Niche is to create a secure and user-friendly online catalog environment. We welcome your suggestions for improvements and changes, as well as your questions about the site and its' content. You may email us with your questions, concerns and comments.

Merchants that display their products for sale and those that have Merchant ShowCase display pages have joined the Maine Niche Merchants Program. Each Merchant is solely responsible for the sale, its' content, pricing warranties, copyrights, trademarks, pictures, product offers and descriptions of products as they may appear at Maine Niche.

Maine Niche may provide links to certain websites as an informational service for online users. Maine Niche is not responsible for the upkeep or content of the linked websites. Merchants who wish to join Maine Niche may do so by email, expressing their areas of interest.

Electronic Communications
When you visit Maine Niche, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Maine Niche cannot guarantee that the products or information requested through its' online system is available or will be delivered. Maine Niche is primarily an electronic index and database of merchants and their products. Our merchants are responsible for order fulfillment and each of them has their own policies. In addition, the product images you view are the most recent ones provided by our merchants, but there may be a more current version of the products available directly from the merchant. Moreover, it is possible that a merchant has changed its name or ceased doing business since the posting of its products on the Web site. We remove all merchant information when we are certain it is no longer timely or useful.
